This is really a great receipe. My family really loved it and I had
never had mac and cheese with different cheese's I rate this receipe
as the best I have had. Creamy, tasty and I thought really easy to

Great recipe! I put a thin layer of bread crumbs on top to keep the top layer of noddles from getting too crispy & to add a little different texture to the dish.

I love this recipe! I leave out the eggs, just because I don't find eggs necessary. It's super creamy.

Well i'm excited to taste this ultimate cheesey mac although i must admit i used my favorite cheeses i am lactose intolerant but i love mac and cheese and as long as i don't go over board with the cheese i can enjoy it without getting sick, so i am using a jalenpeno cheese i love this cheese because it has other flavors in it so it isn't as strong, also i am using a colby i love colby it's mild and goes down easy with crackers for me and the last cheese i am using is cheddar mild of course. I followed the recipe to the tee and i am just waiting for it to cook in the oven. I have a feeling this will be a new favorite mac-n-cheese for me and my daughter. (so excited....I'll post my review soon!!!! I'm going to give it a five star blindly but i will be back with my detailed thoughts once i taste it...lol
Ok it's done and it is just awesome as i thought it would be... it's bubbly, cheesey, and very flavorful my daughter loves it, thanks Ms. Paula. emmmmmmmm

I made this for Thanksgiving. Let me warn you kiddos, buying the cheese is expensive. I was in a bit of sticker shock when I hit my local deli. However, the left over gouda and muenster cheese has made awesome grilled cheese sandwiches.
I cooked this the day before. It looked soooo delicious going into the pan. On the second day, during reheat, it lost a lot of it's luster. I recommend cooking this same day to get 4 stars. I don't blame the recipe at all.

I've tried this recipe several times before and it always turns out pretty good. Like some of the other reviews have stated, don't be afraid to experiment with the recipe. I've adapted it and made it my own.
