I felt this recipe was dominated by the Dijon mustard and vinegar. It needed slight tweaking. After the addition of 1 Tablespoon of sugar and 4 more tablespoons of chopped red onion it tasted much better. Greek seasoning was not available locally so I made my own from a recipe on another site.

Delicious!!!!! This is really, really yummy. Made it as one of the sides for Christmas and everyone loved it. I will definitely be making it again. I actually cut down on the oil used, but even then, could probably cut down on it even more. Next time I make this, I am going to double or triple the recipe because it's so good!

I should mention that I made the recipe exactly as stated except for cutting down on the oil and omitting the mushrooms. Didn't miss them. Also, used olive oil instead of vegetable oil.

Savory goodness! Unlike many three bean's, it is not sweet. Paula selected a mustard vinagrette, which is quite tasty. I used a combo of green, butter, and red beans. The green lighten the salad, the butter make a lovely addition to the dressing, almost creamy, and the red give it heartiness. This is quite flexible and it has become a staple in my fridge.

Didn't have Kidney beans - used black beans, omitted mushrooms (didn't have any, used green pepper, white onion and made our own greek seasoning from herbs on hand (garlic powder, oregano, basil, marjoram and thyme. Salted to taste. Added a little lime juice. It was WONDERFUL!! The acid from the juice helps the vinegar cut the oil. Will make again and again and......

Flavor galore! I actually made this recipe exactly like Paula said and it was very tasty. Everyone loved it. Couldn't find the Greek seasoning, so got a recipe off the internet to make it. Never been a fan of bean salad, but the different flavors in this makes me a fan now. I found the spices to ingredients to oil to be a perfect balance.

It was ok, but definitely would reduce the oil and seasoning, it was too oily and salty.

Great recipe! I tweaked it a little and added some lemon juice and zest. I only had cider vinegar available, so i only used 2 tablespoons, but it turned out fantastic! I can't wait to make this again. Even my picky 3 year old ate it.
