My husband and I really liked this. Different take on three bean salad, i.e., not sweet. Loved the Greek flavoring (used Cavender's.

Paula outdid herself on this one. I had never really heard of Greek Seasoning but found it easily in the spice aisle. I knew when I watched Paula make this one that I would love it. And right I was! I can't wait to make it for my next party. I'm sure everyone will agree. I used garbanzo beans instead of kidney beans. I think just about anything would be good in this easy to make salad.

I tried this using Paula's recipe and there just isn't enough kick to it. The canned beans leave it flat, so I added some salt and red pepper flakes. It made a tremendous difference.

This is a great healthy side dish which is a surprise from Paula (no offense who usually cooks everything with butter...

However, I felt that something was missing so I added some lime juice.. mmmmm... It kicked up all the wonderful flavors of the dressing and made it more tasty without having to add fatty/unhealthy ingredients.

Hey, everyone! I use Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning in an 8 oz. yellow/ white and red canister in the spice/herb isle. I love it on meats and vegetables! This dish is FAB!

I grew up in home where there was always three bean salad on our table at big holiday meals. This recipe is better than the one my grandmother made (yikes! I can also say that it's even better the day after thanksgiving. Leave the mushrooms out until right before serving, though.

Well, I made this exactly as called for and it was wonderful. I tripled it for a dinner party side dish - lots of compliments. I followed the advice of one of the previous reviewers and picked up the Greek Seasoning at Wal-Mart - thought it added a nice flavor, though the fresh mushrooms were what gave it all the flair.
