This is the best artichoke dip I've EVER tasted! It is easy, doesn't have too many ingredients, and EVERYBODY loves it! Perfect for parties! This is definitely my new favorite recipe and I will be bringing it to many parties.

This is one of my favorite things to make, and I always bring it to parties for family and friends. EVERYBODY loves it, even if they didn't know they liked artichokes. My friends now always ask me to bring it when I come to their dinner parties. I omit the green onions though, and add fresh lemon juice. I serve it with tortilla chips and Panetini garlic baked Italian toasts.

I've made this dip on Thanksgiving and Christmas for the past 2 years; I usually end up making it at least 3 times each holiday; everyone always wants the recipe.... FABULOUS

I have made this several times and it is truly wonderful. I add a pound of lump crab meat, chopped spinach and Monterey Jack. I do not recommend serving this as a before-dinner appetizer, because your guests will indulge too much and will not be able to eat the dinner you slaved over! I have yet to prepare any recipe by Paula that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. What a Gal!

I made this dip just for me and my husband!! It was perfect for two people and made GREAT leftovers! The only thing I did different would be I used two cups of mayo and 2 cans artichoke hearts...I also put in about 1 tbsp garlic powder!! It was great!! Also served great with pita chips, garlic toast, wheat thins and veggies! THANKS PAULA!

I've started making this for special occasions, and man do my friends and family love it. It's really nice because it also makes my vegetarian friends happy. People were practically arm wrestling to lick the pan.

This is probably the best artichoke dip I've ever had. This was also REALLY easy to make. Overall... I'd say "Food For The Gods..."

My company loved this recipe. They all stood around it and couldn't quit eating it. I seved it with pita chips. When I make it again, I might add even more parmesan cheese for more flavor and maybe some water chestnuts for a little crunch. Very good as written though!
