My wife and I had to make this dip because it sounded so good but we added a cup of chopped jalapeno peppers to give it a little kick. Let me tell you, this is a one of the best dips. My family and friends loved it.

    * Try it with the chopped jalapeno peppers....

This has become my new favorite go-to appetizer recipe! It's so simple and delicious!!! I made it for the 2nd time today and it was a bit hit again. The first time I added canned lump crabmeat which was a nice addition. I also add a little sharp cheddar cheese on top for a little color. Thanks Paula!

I make this recipe all the time---it is ALWAYS a hit. I make it as per the recipe plus some crab meat, bake about 1/3 of it at a time and put the rest back in tupperware in the frig. Sometimes we just scoop out a little at at time and nuke it. It is a fun and yummy way to dress up wheat thins to broiled baguettes. As Guy would say--"this is money"

This was served at our Book Group - and it was amazing! The hostess also added chopped fresh spinach to the recipe.

Turned out perfect! I left out the green onions and added a little bit of spinach. No leftovers :

I made this recipe as directed, but also added some pickled jalapeno slices (chopped. I also used onion powder in place of the green onions.
I liked it and received positive feedback. It is simple to make and I will make it again.

I made this but used a vidalia onion instead of scallions and added a few dashes each of hot sauce and worchestershire. It was very tasty. I will try it again with sqeezed dry, chopped spinach and another cheese instead of mozzarella because it is so mild tasting.
