BIG crowd pleaser! Have made this several times. Lately have added a teaspoon of a creamy horseradish sauce, adds a nice flavor.

So good! I use low fat cream cheese and mayo. When I don't have hot sauce on hand, I just use red pepper flakes. This is the best with celery, and I don't even like celery. I always double it for parties because it goes faster than I expect.

Absolutely amazing dip! I served it for a bridal shower, and I thought people were going to ***** the dish. Flavor is much, much better than a run-of-the mill artichoke dip, and texture is thicker, easier to dip with crackers. Thank you!

Brought this for a New Year's party and 2 of my skinny friends devoured it, couldn't leave it alone or stop raving about it, despite the 20 other apps that were there.
I didn't put in the green onions, but did add several cloves of garlic, minced and some ground black pepper. The garlic adds a deeper, richer flavour to it, though it would probably still be amazing without it. I also used asiago cheese instead of parm, romano would also be a good sub. Doubled the recipe and served it in a mini-crockpot instead of heating it in the oven, so it stayed gooey-hot for the few hours it lasted.
I'm not a hot sauce fan, but wouldn't skip it - same with the worchester sauce - all about flavour layering, and Paula knew what she was doing with this recipe.
Absolutely *love* this dip!

I have not made this recipe; however, will do so in a few days for a large ladies gathering. After reading reviews, my plan is to leave out worchestershire sauce. I cannot determine whether to use 2 cups of mayo OR 1 cup of mayo and 8 oz of cream cheese. Please, what is the difference. Some of the reviews say that Paula used 2 cups mayo - (recipe shows different- whats up!!! Recipe does sound delicious.

Top notch! Everyone always loves it and asks about it! Just don't tell anyone where you got it...... Better than all the others on this website. Serve with big scoop fritos corn chips..... perfect. Hint: Rinse the artichoke hearts really well so they are not salty.
