I made this for Christmas Day, and everyone downed this appetizer first! A great success!

Left out the green onion, hot sauce and worcestershire. Came out DELICIOUS! :D

The best hot artichoke dip I've ever had! No need to use anything but a fork to beat the cream cheese and mayo, if you nuke the cream cheese for about 20 secs in your microwave. Fan-freaking tastic! You'll love it.

I have to admit, we used the Light Mayo and Neufchatel that we already had on hand, but we didn't think the recipe was too great. It sort of came out tasting like mayo + artichokes.

Made it with light mayo & reduced fat cream cheese & it was still super decadent, just maybe needs little less time in the oven so it doesn't get too dry

Easy and delicious. Probably the best artichoke dip I've had.

Love this recipe! I do make a small modification and add about 2cloves of garlic and chop up a small can of water chestnuts for a little extra crunch in the dip. I get asked for the recipe all the time, thanks for sharing Paula!

This dip is awesome and very easy to make... have made many times before and always a hit. It is also perfect to make the day prior. I made this as well as Alton Brown's Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip, as some in my family have an aversion to seeing green in their food : Because I was doing two similar recipes I used 4 ounces regular cream cheese and 4 ounces 1/3 fat cream cheese. I also use low fat mozz cheese and like it, but am used to eating lower fat cheese. I do skip the Worcestershire sauce and double up on Tabasco (hot sauce as personal preference. Enjoy!

This is an excellent dip, that comes out very tasty every time. I sometimes put it on french fries. One thing to be careful of is putting too much worcestershire sauce in. In the recipe it calls for a dash and you should really only put a small dash.
