I was very excited about this recipe and I ended up not liking it. I love most of Paula's recipes, so this one surprised me. It was too rich and salty. I feel like it needed something else. There was just something off about it. We ate it with crackers. It may be better on veggies.

I have now prepared this dip 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Everyone loves it and keeps asking me to make it. I love making it because it is so easy and I love it myself, but my problem is that I have been trying to stay of a diet and would like to see if I can get the nutritional info on this dip so that I can try to keep up with my calorie count.

Paul, you did it again ! This Artichoke dip is the bomb ! My husband and I love Artichoke Hearts and are always buying this dip at our local grocery store or one similar. Gets pricey so glad to of found your recipe online. We will be making this one quite often. Love watching you on TV. You are a great inspiration to all us home cooks.

I tried this one and......It was the bomb!!!
This is the best......and I wouldn't change a thing to the recipe.
This will be served at many parties in the future.

It is requested anytime there is a get together. My family and friends can't get enough. I add a little garlic salt and extra hot sauce. All in all, this a perfect recipe. Now I'm off to triple it for a baby shower...

Very good dip- great for entertaining. We did change one thing, though, because we did not have green onions on hand (and we are onion freaks!, so we had a regualer yellow onion, cut it in half & diced it, sauteed it in butter & put that in. Yummy!!!!
