I added some red pepper flakes for some kick. Other than that kept everything the same, served it on garlic bread and it was amazing!!!

I made this the first time for Thanksgiving. Then I had to make it to take to my parent's for Christmas Eve. Now I am making it for New Years Eve! Everyone loves it! Perfect blend of ingredients. The good news is I know the recipe by heart!

I made this app last minute and it came together in a flash, I didn't have quite the amount of mayo it called for and it was PERFECT!!! It was a little greasy, so less mayo was actually better, and topping it with a little extra cheese is an excellent idea! Terrific!! It was a party hit!

I love artichoke dip, and this is a nice break from the typical spinach & artichoke dip. I wish everyone who only rated it one star would actually give a reason. I think the amount of ingredients were just right! Nothing was overpowering and it mixed well together. I just topped it with a bit of extra parmesan cheese to make it golden brown. Delicious!

I read through the reviews and most were great ( of which I agree but to the bad ones, don't know what to tell you. I make this dip constantly... for any occassion, from family get togethers to our weekly pool league games... and let me tell you NO ONE dislikes this dish... The only change that I make to it is leaving out the onions, simply because I don't personally care for them. All I can say is "Spot on Miss Paula!" L-O-V-E this stuff.

This dip is a hit, but I have made modifications to the recipes that really take it to the next level. Instead of the regular block of cream cheese, I use the 8oz container of cream cheese that is already whipped. I also add a jalapeno to it and it is wonderful. Everybody loves it and agree it take better with the spice to it.

Took this for an app for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it and wanted the receipe.
The year before I made Paula's cheese ball with bacon and that was gone in no time.
I can always count on Paula!

This was the simpilest dip to make and was very enjoyable. I get asked to make this for every family function and there is never anything left by the end of the party.
