I made these for a "snow" weekend at home...they are great. Very easy to make, just be sure to get the FAMILY SIZE BROWNIES. Most brownie mixes are for 8x8 pans not 9x13. I will definitely make again!

I took to a new years party and the brownies didn't last an hour! Add some powdered sugar on top.

2 boxes of brownie mix, 45 minutes at 350F .....PERFECT!! I took a small white plate, drizzled some raspberry sauce and some caramel sauce in a spiral design then added a 4"x4" square of these delicious brownies and topped it with espresso chip ice cream with fresh raspberries and a dollop of whipped cream....Absolutely amazing! Buon appetito!

Brought these to work. Received a lot of raves about how good they were. Got clues from previous reviewers and used two family style brownie mixes and baked in a 9x13 pan. Ended up baking longer then stated on box, about 55 minutes. They came out chewy and delicious.

I made these with hazelnut chocolate bars and they were so good! There was a lot of hovering going on over this platter of brownies...

I make these brownies all the time, and NEVER have any leftovers! Even my picky girlfriends who claim they don't eat dessert can't resist these! I have a hard time making one box of brownie mix stretch to 13x9 pan. I now use a 8x8 and make them thicker. I bake them on the convection setting in my oven and they turn out perfect every time.

These brownies were a big hit at my last dinner party. They were so simple to make and so very delicious! I absolutely adore Paula being a southern girl myself. And to the comment from "not so awesome" the recipe strictly states only 1 box of brownie mix to be used and I never follow the package directions for cooking times I always time it for less and then cook it a little longer when I can tell they are the right consistency. A true cook knows how to tell when something is ready. Not every oven cooks the same you should give them another whirl and this time check them before the timer goes off!
