I made these and everyone raved! I did as Paula said and changed cheese. I used a taco mix. I also did not have bacon so I used some ham - delicious. Will become a regular at my parties!

I used a can of italian diced tomatoes (Wal-Mart brandand addded fresh basil and drained them really well instead of diced tomtoes, onions, and basil and they were a HUGE hit. It was quicker & easier. My hubby LOVES this recipe!!!

We brought a double batch of these to a card party. We took home only crumbs and several requests for the recipie. Good blend of flavors with an attractive presentation.

Make sure to make a double bactch, this only makes about 14! I only had dried basil on hand, but next time I will definitely use the fresh. They were bite size and delicious!

This was the first thing to go at our girls only super bowl party. We did some without the bacon for our veg friends.

I made these appetizers for a party this weekend, and I am so glad I doubled the recipe! They were gone before anything else and I kept hearing, "Ooo, these are so good!" I suggest you eat one before you set them out for your guests or you won't get any.

Have a picky eater and you wonder how it'll taste without the onions? Just delicious!!! So easy, and so filling!
