    I served these recently and everyone thought they were the best appetizers yet. I used green onions instead of white or yellow onions and precooked three strips of bacon in the microwave to almost crispy and chopped them up onto the cheese and mayo mixture. I also did not drain the tomatoes first, I used roma tomatoes and deseeded them using only the outside discarding the seeds and juices. Recommended and thanks for a great recipe!
