I was wrong. It was awful and I threw it away. The mayonnaise was overpowering. I should have done something else with my fresh tomatoes.

Drained the tomatoes just as the recipe suggested and even layed the slices out on a paper towel to absorb the extra liquid, but the pie was still to juicy. Flavor was good and recipe easy.

Out of this world. I didn't peel the toms to make it easier. This came out perfect! Way over the top in taste! Good hot or cold.

I pre baked the pie shell and seeded the tomatoes and my crust was not soggy at all, I also used low fat mayo and cheese and it was delicious.

Good use for the fresh tomatoes this summer. A delightful vegetable that makes a main course.

I really liked the recipe but did a twist on it which I really liked. Instead of using cheddar cheese I used Chipolte cheese. It added a new dimension to the recipe and everyone loved it.

I dislike it. Went exactly by recipe. My husband liked it but said not for guests.

Everyone who has tried this dish has loved it! My family asks for it all the time. I took it to a pot luck dinner and had to give the recipe to about five people. I'm including it in the wedding gift I'm giving next week. It doesn't matter if your'e not a veggie person, this dish is great!
