How good is it ? Well, I don't like tomatoes but I could eat the tomato pie all by myself !!!

Paula, this was the biggest hit at a pool party I had. Only make in the summer with those fresh tomatos and fresh basil! I want to add bacon or sausage to see how it goes!

This was so easy to make, but the best part was the taste. This is something you can serve guests and they will be begging for more. Tomatoes in season is key, and draining them well.
Love your show Paula...you go girl.

I don't normally eat fresh tomatoes but
this recipe is the exception. It is so
simple and so good to eat. I have made it several times for family and friends.
I wonder how it would be with miracle-whip salad dressing instead of mayo, Paula?
