It seemed on the tv show, Paula used a small amount of grated onion, but the recipe calls for 1 onion grated. How much is correct?

Delicious! Easy to make and fun to present; perfect for entertaining. Try the onion mayo on a roast beef sandwich!

I made these for a tea, and everyone loved the onion mayo. That was a little surprise for everyone.

I thought this recipe was OUTSTANDING...and, we added some chopped cooked bacon to the spread mixture, and it was even BETTER, but, still, it is good just as it is...wonderful for a brunch, a tea party, a snack in the summer!!

Cute and easy! Presentation is different and onion flavor surprises people. This is a frequent one at our parties.
