    These are good, but I find cutting the puff pastry with a biscuit cutter (or with anything for that matter! quite difficult. The biscuit cutter doesn't cut the sheets. The puff pastry I buy is the kind with thin layers. It looked like she used more of a pie dough consistency.

    These were OK, probably won't fix again. They were simple enough, but it just needed something. My first batch left a bad taste because I used to much thyme (dried, not fresh and to tell the truth I thought they were better cold than hot.

    I thought these were great! I couldn't find fresh thyme so sprinkled some on from my spice cabinet. Next time I will go easier on the salt - but hear me, there will be a next time!! If you entertain, these will be a hit!
