I prepared these for company one Sunday, in place of my usual salad. They were a hit with my guest!

Really tasty. I placed the stuffed tomatoes atop butter lettuce leaves on large individual plates- very elegant. I only used about half of the dressing and next time I think I might add either chopped celery or chopped taragon- a little more punch would be nice. Lovely summer recipe.

Excellent taste, but how the heck do you eat it?! I'm embarrassed to say we were all stumped. Next time I may dice the tomatoes, use less olive oil, and serve on crackers or an English muffin and I bet I could give it 5 stars then.

A best seller for my family reunion, they even took some of them to go. I did serve 12 of them. Excellent recipe, first time and great taste. Thanks!

The idea is good, but there is waaaay too much olive oil. Thats almost all i could taste. I remade this swithing the amount of mayo to 1/4 c and 1tbs of oil. Much better in my families opinion. I will continue to use my revised version instead.

Very refreshing chicken salad. Perfect for a healthy dinner or to bring in for lunch. I did use about half the amount of lemon juice and oil. Very easy to make, just takes a little time to mince the pepper and onion.

I made this for my potluck and everyone loved it! To sweeten the dish I added a touch of Honey. This is the perfect chicken summer salad. I would highly reccomend this
