One of the best salads we've ever had! I substituted one tablespoon of Splenda for the 2 tbsp of sugar to cut down the calories and carbs and we couldn't even tell the difference. Also used a mix of baby spinach and baby field greens instead of romaine. I cut back the garlic to one clove instead of two, only because we had a garlic-heavy meal last night... the dressing was fantastic and I'm looking forward to using the leftovers! Great accompaniment to our grilled pork tenderloin...yum.

I absolutely love this dressing. It is great on any salad and it has quickly become the only dressing I use anymore. I love that the ingredients are so fresh, healthy and natural- no added junk like the kind you buy in the store. I don't put any sugar in it though and it is just as good. Thanks Paula!

I usually hate making salads, but this one was worth the effor. It was my first time making dressing, and I was kind of nervous but everyone said they really liked it (and not in just a courteous to the cook kind of way.

My family loved this salad. It is simple, yet very flavorful. The dressing is the perfect mixture of sweet and tart. I did substitute garlic powder for the crushed garlic, however, as we don't like the taste of raw garlic. I also omitted the basil from the salads for a couple of family members who don't like it. They also thought the salad was very tasty.

I made this salad for some friends and they were licking the plate it was so good. One of my friends said it was better than the salad we both love at one of our favorite restaurants.

What I like best about this recipe is that the dressing is so much healthier than bottled dressings. Most of the bottled salad dressings that I like are loaded with way too much salt. This is a good alternative, easy to make, and I can control the amount of salt that goes in it. Delicious on the tomatoes and blue cheese - I plan to use this dressing on other salads as well.

This salad is so good I have become an everyday salad eater. I always have the dressing on hand. I served it to my daughter who is a very finicking entertainer and this salad is now a regular on her company dinner table,
