You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 7 large eggs, hard boiled and peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper, for taste
  • Paprika, for garnishing
  • Sweet gherkin pickles sliced, for garnishing
  • Pimentos, for garnishing

Directions

Halve 7 eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika, pickles and pimentos. Store covered in refrigerator.

    NOPE! these aren't tasty at all. TOO sweet with the pickle relish. My mom and gramma were from the south and they made the best deviled eggs, hands down. Which didn't have sweet relish in it. Just basic mayo, mustard and seasoning salt and a slight pinch of white vinegar. I should have stayed true and made their recipe but decided to shake things up and try something new. Sadly my husband, who is a deviled egg lover, said these were a no go. So back to my mom and granny's recipe!

    Very tasty! Made for Christmas & everyone loved them! I piped mine in a plastic bag, cut off small edge & piped in egg for a prettier look. Topped with fresh pepper & a small slice of pickle.
