I make this every Holiday since I have found this. EVERYBODY adores this and always compliment me on it. There are NEVER any leftovers either. This is delicious. But would you expect anything different from Ms. Dean though. Just love her don't cha? One of my sons even asked for this as his cake for his birthday instead of anything else homemade or store or bakery bought. So I tripled it and it was as always AWESOME> Thank you Paula♥ One thing though, I use semisweet or sometimes I put semisweet in the truffle then milk chocolate in the mousse. I have tried this with white chocolate and used raspberry preserves instead of the truffle but it was way too rich so we will stick to the original. Thank you.

I have made this a few times now, and each and every time, my guests rave about this pie! I love it as well, though I'm not a big fan of bittersweet chocolate. It's just THAT darned good.

Made this pie for Thanksgiving and now for my brother's birthday. It was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. Did not put the whipped cream layer on top as it seemed like it already had enough sweetness to go around. No one noticed or mentioned there should have been another layer. It was divine. A tiny slice is more than sufficient though, it is so wonderfully rich.

This was fantastic. I made this for my family over New Years and everyone loved it, not a bite left!! They all thought it was restaurant quality! No need to tell them how simple it is to make ;

Everyone loved this pie. Had to make the chocolate whipped filling twice b/c the cream wouldn't whip. The second time, I whipped the cream by itself and then folded in the chocolate and it worked beautifully. I did omit the whip cream topping on the pie but offered it on the side--it is needed but the pie had so much filling already. Should have used a 10 inch pie. I'll definitely make this one again!

This pie was a snap to make and was delicious to eat. I made it for one of our desserts this Christmas and it was a hit. I piped the whipped cream on the top and added chocolate shavings as suggested and it looked just beautiful. Everyone thought it was delicious and there was nothing left. If you thought it was too rich, what did you expect? Have a thinner slice but enjoy it. It's a great dessert.

My daughter made it for a girl scout bake off and it turned out well. It didn't win first place but there wasn't any left over. Definitely very rich, be sure to have a glass of milk ready.

My chocolate loving husband asked me if I could make this pie every single day ; I used semisweet chocolate chips and it was delicious!
