Key of course is to sear tuna on high heat and NOT over cook it!! love the lemon butter too!!

Very nice! Bought 2 beautiful ahi tuna steaks from Costco. Just S & P and some meyer lemon olive oil. Husband likes his tuna well done (so wrong, I know but he loved this simple recipe and the salad and artichokes too. A very nice meal. The last reviewer had troubles with timing...grill the raddichio early and let it cool down, same with the artichokes. Grill the tuna last and you won't have any timing issues. The grilled lemons were a nice touch!
Paula, another wonderful meal. Love you and your family! Congratulations on your new grandson, Matthew! God's gift...

The tuna was good. Just need some help with the timing if you want the radicchio salad and the tuna to be ready at the same time.. Otherwise it is soggy and over cooked!
