Love it! I added some mild chilies diced to the burgers for some extra depth of flavor. Thank you they're a keeper.

The burgers are very small but filling. 1.25 # of turkey turns out to be less a 2.5 oz burger. I used the 99% fat free ground turkey and since the recipe did not say my burgers were a little dry. I froze half of them since it is only me and I cook for the week. These were okay but not great and I am a great cook so not sure what I am missing compared to the rave reviews. I made the burgers exactly to the recipe. Not sure I'll try these again. The corn salsa is nothing new and I have made this before.

Really easy and quite tasty. Would be really good with a slice of pepper jack cheese. I left out the chips, and used a store bought salsa.

The best! My husband loves them once a week! We are trying to eat healthy and these have been an excellent alternative to a fattening hamburger. So tasteful and great on the grill! I leave out the chips.

This dish is a regular for us, we make it 2 or 3 times a month. He loves that he gets to eat burgers, and I love that it's not beef slathered with cheese. It's got texture from the chips, lots of flavor from the salt and cumin, and the salsa keeps it fresh. We serve it on tortillas that have been a charred a little on the burner, and plain greek yogurt.

I thought this recipe was really interesting so I figured I'd test it out. It was SO GOOD. I made mini sliders out of the recipe and made a spicy chipotle mayo to put on the crisp buns and topped each burger with a roasted corn salsa and it was the PERFECT combo!!!!! My girlfriends and I made yummy strawberry mojitos to go with it and it was the perfect evening!! THEY SOUND CRAZY, but they're delicious!!

Wonderful! I made this as lunch for my two teen sons and myself and WOW it the response. As my youngest and I have diabetes this is a great low GL lunch. They even ate the salsa and loved it. This is a must try.

My husband and I absolutely love this recipe. I am a big turkey burger fan and not a fan of beans at all but wanted to try it to see if we would like it. It was fantastic and very easy to make and it made the beans taste so yummy. We made it twice and it's wonderful. We used regular seasoning salt along with the cumin instead of Paula's seasoning mix and used some left over shredded cheddar cheese to the burgers and the aroma alone was making our mouth water. Love it love it love it.

We always think of using day old bread for a juicy Burger regardless of Protein.Appreciate use of Beans, rinsed in place of stale bread.Beans are a healthier alternative.Plus, hopefully ups the levels of 'good for you'Burger ingredients.Plus, tastes great!
