I have made this numerous times, and everyone loves it. The first time I made it, however, I used the recommended number of rolls and it was HUGE, and overflowing all over the sides of the pan after it had risen. It really depends on the size of rolls. I now use a smaller roll and use 20 of them and it comes out perfect. If yours does inflate over the side of the pan, you can gently "punch" it down before baking. Also, I put a tinfoil "tent" over the bundt pan for about half the cooktime, then remove for the last half to get a nice brown look instead of rock hard and burnt looking (which is how it turned out the first time. Overall, super simple, looks impressive and tastes wonderful!

Absolutely divine..... and sinfully rich! I, too, was concerned that there were not enough rolls in the pan, but in the morning it had risen almost to the top. The butterscotch pudding was a bit difficult to find, and the box is 3.5 oz, so I did try to add just the 3 ounces. I shared with friends and they also loved it! Definitely will make for Christmas morning! Thanks, Paula!

Even without the self-rising rolls these were a big hit! I haven't been able to find unbaked rolls at any of our local stores. Two carrie Rhodes but only the Warm and Serve kind which I was told are pre-cooked. I finally just tried this with some Pillsbury rolls and cut the bake time. It didn't look as nice but it did taste great. The kids said we should have them everyday! I want to try it again for Christmas. Any suggestions on another option for self-rising rolls that I could look for?

Hey, Ya'll! Just served this at our office Thanksgiving Breakfast party. What a hit! Just printed out copies of the recipe to give to everyone. It was so simple to make. I had to be creative because my local grocery store didn't have the cook & serve butterscotch pudding. I used french vanilla pudding and added butterscotch morsels. I will definitely do this again!

You really don't get much better than this! My mother-in-law and I like to whip this up as a treat for "our boys". It's so awesome to have a hot breakfast in the morning that you didn't have to wake up super early to complete! Starts the day off right!

I made this for the first time at our annual family reunion breakfast! Everyone loved it and I handed out lots of copies of this recipe. It is easy to do and looks beautiful when you flip the pan onto a serving plate. I should have made 2! Thanks, Paula!

This is super easy, takes no time at all, and tastes like you spent hours making it.
