I've made this several times over the last few weeks and my family just can't get enough! If you buy one of those bags of 70 frozen dinner rolls and a few extra boxes of the pudding mix, it's easy to whip up time and again without running to the grocery store. Plus it reheats great the next day if you happen to have some leftover (or eat it for dessert!. This is one of my new Sunday morning favorites!

These are the sweetest, easiest and most requested since I made them the first time! I love them and so does everyone that has tried them. Thanks Paula!

My mom's coworkers tried this recipe and raved about it at work. We thought we'd try it for our New Year's Day brunch. As we had difficulty finding kosher dinner rolls, we substituted frozen challah, which also has a yeast component. It was absolutely wonderful, and so simple!

I could not find non-instant butterscotch pudding or french vanilla cool whip. I used butterscotch instant pudding and added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to regular cool whip. The rolls rose overnight. This morning I cooked them. The topping was awesome. The actual bread did not taste like much. Maybe it was the brand that I used. Next time I will use buttered biscuits. Will definitely make it again.

I made mine and it was perfect! A friend of mine took it for a potluck at work. Everyone was asking her for the recipe. She told me to put mine in the microwave the night before covered with two damp kitchen towels. There is another tip, the butter has to be warm because last time I made it, I melted the butter but it was not warm. The caramel was not as good and most of the caramel stayed in the pan. I cut the amount of sugar and it was good anyway.
My husband is always asking for the sticky buns. He calls this cake sticky buns. Thanks Paula. It so good and easy!

Paula knows this is nothing but monkey bread with a twist (the twist is the butterscotch pudding & pecans. Why did she need to rename it? No matter I will try this version because it looks ssoo good. I love butterscotch and I love pecans, you can't beat it!!!!

This was very easy and sooo good. I ued the frozen bread dough (comes 3 loaves in a pack. I left two fo them out to thaw and rise for about 5 hours, punched them back down and pulled pieces to make little balls and threw them in the greased bund pan. Then I put all the ingredients in it, cellephane over that and left it overnight in the oven with no heat. It rose again like crazy. Remember to add more cellophane because it rises and pushes up the cellophane. Also, put something under the pan to catch the gew. It was really good. I also used walnuts instead of pecans because it's what I had and it was still good. it's beautiful too..

This is the Best Coffee Cake I've ever had. I love it because it is so easy to make. It taste like you've spent hours making it. I saw Paula make it a few days ago and decided to make it for my family for Xmas. Everyone loved it. I went to several stores looking for the Butterscotch Pudding and all I could find was the Instant. I bought the instant Butterscotch and the regular Vanilla. I used half of each box. I also added cinnamon. The cake came out so good. Moist and plenty of caramel. This is definitely a WINNER in my house. THANKS PAULA !!
