Welllll, i think this one would have been better without the cream and seafood....Just a big skillet of cheese, jalapeños, sour cream and pico....too much of the cream ended up in the bottom of the skillet and the chips turned out mushy. oh well, thought i would try but better off leaving the Mexican recipes to us Texans than those Georgians (who can cook by their own rights...just maybe not Mex-Tex....and its Jalapeño (not jalapeeeeno!! thanks food network...will keep trying all those delicious recipes!!

No way to get around the fat so just close your eyes and enjoy! Modified recipe to make things easier-instead of cream, butter, parmasean cheese, used jar of already made (Trader Joe's Alfredo sauce. A HUGE hit!

These really are great! Made them for my family's all girl weekend. Even the dieters indulged. I, too, tweeked the receipe just a bit by substituting Velveeta Mexican for the cheese and thus just a tad bit of cream. Serving the ingredients up separately buffett-style helped those dieting and those with picky palettes.

AWESOME!!! I made these nachos last labor day for a large group of family and friends and they absolutely loved them! My niece requests me to make this all the time. This is perfect for seafood lovers like me, I coould just eat the seafood mixture by itself with a spoon and some garlic bread(which I think I will try next time.

Another way of having Nachos - great appetizers, especially for the ones that don't eat meat or poultry! Looks so easy to prepare!

Thank you Paula for sharing this yummy recipe. Looking forward in trying it!
