These wings came out really well and were a big hit! I fried them before a party and then reheated them in the oven at 250. Actually ended up frying them for about 8 minutes and that was enough. Then I tossed them with the buffalo sauce. I thought the sauce was a little bit too hot and a little one-note for my crowd so I added 1.5 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce to it before tossing the wings with it.

These were amazing!!! I can't even say enough about them! This recipe will be used for years to come! I did roll them in flour, next time I will add a little salt in the flour! But it was very good.

It was great...just the right spice and relatively easy to make. We made it twice. The first time we didn't let it sit overnight and the second time it sat for two days. They both turned out great. The second batch (two days in the fridge definitely was a bit spicier.

These were the best wings I have ever eaten. I was afraid of all the cayenne but went with the recipe and I was not disappointed. My family wants to know when I'm going to open a restaurant. I tell them I can't because all the awesome recipes are from Paula.

I expected these wings to be a little bit spicier than they were but they were absolutely delicious; especially with the Thai dipping sauce. I fixed them Superbowl Sunday and they ALL disappeared. I also floured a few of them and cooked them. Thanks, great recipe Uncle Bubba.

I have tried many, many, hot wing recipes. I must say, after watching Paula and her sons make this wing recipe, I decided to try it. The wings were absolutely delicious! I will definitely use this as my go - to "Hot Wing" recipe! My husband also loved it! The BEST home made HOT WINGS! Thanks Paula!

I didn't have enough hot sauce but what I did have, it was enough. I used flour to fry mine, they were good.

Oh honey, these are the best. My husband has made these on Christmas Eve, and Super Bowl. We heard comments about how hot and spicy they were, but let me tell you they just kept eating, and eating and eating. They couldn't get enough. My personal fav is the Thai. YUM YUM YUM
