If I was able to do a half star I would. This was WAY to salty. Absolutely disgusting!

Another AWESOME recipe, Ms. Deen! So easy, so delicious. I did add 1/2 c. heavy cream and a few tablespoons of cream cheese to the spinach. Next time I would add another tbsp. or 2 of olive oil after I remove the veal and let the onions sautee for a few extra minutes. And Paula's House Seasoning? I made it from the recipe. I've been cooking for over 30 years, and I just couldn't believe I could get that much flavor out of those three seasonings in that exact proportion. Kudos, Paula!

We loved the veal prep, but the spinach was funky. From out point of view, the taste was okay but it seemed watery and no creamy at all. We'll skip the spinach in the future.

This is a great recipe! I make it very often, and it is one of our favorite meals. Since this recipe is not figure friendly I don't use heavy cream with the spinach, I just make a rue from the leftover olive oil and add 2 chicken bouillon cubes, lots of minced garlic, and white wine. I've tried this recipe with chicken and it also comes out great.

The flavor of the meat was outstanding; at first, I'd thought using crushed Ritz crackers for the breading would make it too "sweet;" voila! Paula strikes again and hubby has already asked that I make it again real soon!

I'm really surprised how fast this was to prepare. I watched Paula make this and as another person added she removed the veal THEN added the wine to deglaze the pan, which makes a huge difference. And she added garlic from tube, I used one clove of fresh minced. I did not add the cream, added a little butter though, and used low fat Ritz. I also trippled the amount of spinach. When serving I added a few capers on top and and squeeze of lemon, which added a nice flavor. This was really good! Will try with chicken as well.

I used the breading recipe on chicken breast instead of veal, and the family loved it. I also tried the spinach recipe but two out of the four of us enjoyed it. I don't like fresh spinach but this recipe was tastey.

Very good. My husband loved the spinach more than the veal. Next time I will double dip the veal in the ritz crackers as I would have liked more of a thicker breading on the veal. A lot fell off as it was cooking but it was still very good.
