    My daughter and her husband are here from Florida and fixed this with chicken instead of veal...wonderful!! And very easy!

    Excellent blend of flavories. The veal was tender and full of flavor. My husband said it is a "keeper".

    I have never made veal before but you can bet we'll have it more ofter now. There could of been more spinach, one bag wasn't enough for a decent serving for all my family members. I made it w/o the cream to save on calories. We loved it!

    My husband loved this recipe eventhough I changed it a bit. I didn't have veal so I used chicken breast meat and I also added parmesan cheese to the creamed spinach. He's already asked for a repeat performance!
