I have no idea why this recipe has so many negative comments. They are moist and SO good! I used the muffin pans and the advice from most people about a lower temperature is good. If you are looking for a unique cornbread, try these! I LOVED them!

I agree with Mary. Absolutely the worst site. I've complained before and it got me nowhere. I now use Cooks.com. So fast.

I made this tonight with the chicken florentine Paula made on her show. The meal as a whole was awful. Everything was extremely rich and was just weird. The cornbread tastes fine, but needs to be baked at 350 for 30 mins instead of 450 maybe. I have a feeling my poor hungry boyfriend will stop for a burger on his way home tonight. =( haha.

these were good - i used half an onion - I cannot even begin to imagine what 1 whole onion would have been like...difficult to get the insides done same time as outside. they were good, but should be served with a mexican theme - NOT with the chicken florentine, as she did on her show. I would make these again - but again, half an onion. (Also, i didn't use the dill because I don't care for it.

I tried making the muffins as directed with lowering the temp b/c I knew they would burn. The outsides were good, but the inside never cooked. I think I'll try making them again with less sour cream. I tasted the crust, and it tasted good though.
