This is a decent recipe, however I found it to be too tart.

Very good tasting and easy recipe. I did cook the beans about 4 minutes since we like them a tiny less crisp. I didn't have any kalamata olives, but followed the rest of the recipe exactly and the beans were still very good. Will try them with some olives next time around.

Loved this recipe! I took advice from 2 other reviews - after preparing it (including boiling the beans I put it on a sheet pan and roasted it for 20 min @ 400, then sprinkled grated cheese at the end. I actually forgot the garlic and vinegar but it was good anyway! Had some leftovers in a bean sandwich the next day - yum! will make it again

All these ingredients are just perfect, however, the cooking method wasn't to my taste. So I blanched the green beans and cooled them as instructed and then added everything except vinegar to a bowl and tossed to coat. Then pour onto a baking sheet and roast in a 375-400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. When done drizzle with vinegar. The roasting makes the whole thing much better in my opinion.

This is a high cost side dish that didn't deliver. I thought it was okay at best.

This was great! It was fairly quick to prepare, and made the green beans taste so much better! This was a nice balance with my 14 year old daughter's favorite, Chicken Alfredo, and a bottle of Navarro Chardonnay was perfect with the meal. Hopefully I can get the kids used to it, and start asking for green beans prepared this way. I'll be keeping this recipe in the Recipe Box.

I just made these for Christmas dinner to go with a rib roast - they were fantastic! So easy to make and so tasty. Everyone loved them! The only change I made was to not add the red wine vinegar.

These were just "ok" to me, but they were the first thing my husband cleaned off his plate. He loved them so, I will definitely be making them again as I'm trying to work more veggies into our diet! :-

I've made this dish for a romantic dinner for two, and for an engagement party for 60...each time it has been a huge hit! Very easy, very delicious, and is a great option for when you need some color on the plate that is truly unique. I simply can't say enough good things about this one!
