It is great ..... I also added fresh garlic, diced pancetta, and black olives! I did not add roasted red peppers this time but I will try adding them maybe next time. Very easy and delicious. HUMMMM how about some provolone?

I love the concept of this recipe, but it didn't have enough flvor for me, so I rewrote it. For the dressing, I made a dijon mustard vinegarette with garlic, and then I added in some halved grape tomatoes for sweetness and color.

OK, I just got done making this. It is not as great as I thought it would be, but it is good. I added fresh garlic and sauteed broccoli. I think next time I will try balsamic vinegar instead.

I enjoyed this dish with a turkey panini. It was incredibly easy to make so that's always a plus with me. I used high quality EVOO, Red Wine Vinegar and made sure I used the juice of an actual lemon and not store bought lemon juice. Still the recipe was good-not over the top great but it was a good side dish worth trying and one I'll probably make again as side when I'm in a hurry. And next time I may try bottled Italian as the dressing and see how that turns out.

This was awesome! I added some broccoli and I didn't have mozzarella so I added Monterey Jack and it was fabulous. Thanks Paula

I made this after I saw Paula make it on tv. It was so easy and I could not put it down once it was ready! Really yummy! I think I will try it with chicken next time and I will for sure make it a lot for myself and my family.

I made this for supper tonight...and I have to declare it, "yummy-licious"!!! I almost sat and ate the whole bowl by myself!!! It has two of my favorite things...mozzarella cheese and pasta!!!

And, I can see such versatility with this dish...you can add all sorts of different ingredients to it, like ham, turkey, chicken...or, I imagine you could try different cheeses.

    It's an awesome dish!!

This was very good. I added some frozen peas and chopped tomato. I just put the peas in the collander and when I drained the pasta, it thawed and heated the peas just enough.
