I was a bit nervous about making this recipe (feta with watermelon? but it looked so good I had to try it. It was a big hit with my family - my dad, who typically isn't a watermelon fan, has asked me to make it again.

What a wonderful refreshing salad. I made it for a dinner party and everyone really enjoyed it. It's such a nice mixture of flavors.

**Note: do not make it too far in advance or the watermelon starts losing it's water and gets a little mushy.

I looked at this recipe for a long time before I made it and I am sorry I waited. I replaced mint with basil and the vinegar to rice vinegar. It was so very good.

I ate this salad at a little cafe and it was served with spinach quiche. It was really good - I will definitely make it myself.

This dish, despite it's strange contents, is quite delicious. I myself don't really enjoy fresh mint, but I tried it with it so I could tweek it to my family's tastes. The mint really does give it nice flavor. This is a really nice dish to try at least once.

My local market was out of fresh mint, so I used basil and cider vinegar - went great with baked ravioli!!!

Ever since I saw Paula make this on the show, I was anxious to make it! The unusual mix of ingredients appealed to me but not my husband. So, I snuck it into a family buffet...it was the hit...even my husband loved it! This is a definite keeper...a nice dish to "take along" since I'll bet no one else will be bringing it! After 20+ years, I should know to just ignore my husband....;-
