(my rating is based on how easy it was to prepare I am very excited to try this! For those who have made this the night before should I serve it cold or warm it up on Thanksgiving before serving?

This cranberry sauce is the best. I will never buy canned cranberry sauce again.

Found this Thanksgiving 2009, First time Cooking complete dinner for family. They Loved this canberry recipe so much, I have got request for recipe this year. I didn't use the walnuts, lemon, or raisins. I did use a whole orange and a Gala apple last year,Recipe still turn out GREAT. DON'T SKIP THE Grand Marnier, the alcahol burns off, I believe this makes the dish. Most liquor stores have a small "shot" size bottle, try BevMo. I just used the whole bottle,it was about 1/4 cup. Mmm...You must try this recipe! I grew up on the can stuff, but my kids are going to grow up with this!!

This is my 2nd year that I've used this recipe but instead of Grand Marnier, I used brandy. OUTSTANDING!! Also added a a little vanilla. This batch had some leftovers so I added this in a Brie pastry puff.. OMG! Thanks for sharing- PAULA!!

This recipe is awesome. It's the best cranberry sauce I've ever had. Very simple to make and tastes so fresh. I didn't have any Grand Marnier handy last year when I made this. I used orange juice instead and it still came out great.
