I substituted turnip greens for the collards (even more nutritional punch. It was DELICIOUS, even healthy food hating hubby liked it. Next time I'll add more spice and perhaps sub some broth with the liquid from the beans to thicken a bit more. My only complaint is that although it says 10 servings, it doesn't stipulate what constitutes a serving.

Who would've thought that this meal is healthy? I made this for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delish! I don't really like collard greens so I used kale and I also used shredded chicken breast from a left over store bought rotisserie chicken and it worked out perfect. The prep was super easy and my family loved it. Thank you Paul Dean!! :-

It was delicious! I added a can of Rotel and diced fire roasted tomatoes as a personal preference along with some chili powder. It was great!

I followed this recipe exactly how it said, except I made it more spicy. I used Kale and would recommend it is bite sized pieces or smaller and defiantly cook it for as long as it says. Its the first time I ate Kale because I didn't think I would like it but, I loved it! If you use spinach, add it last. Some people may think ''low sodium? boring''... It don't need it because of the spices and lets face it, we eat too much sodium! I used all the garnish's and this is defiantly a keeper!

I thought this recipe sounded very yummy & seemed easy enough to make. My hubby likes food with a little "kick" to it and I thought this would be something for him. Well, it was fabulous!! We absolutely loved it. I am not one that enjoys cooking normally,& a lot of times don't end up eating what I make, only b/c after smelling it and prepping it, I just don't want it. Kind of like when I had morning sickness! : But I have to say I not only enjoyed prepping it, but thoroughly enojoyed smelling it cook and eating it! 5 star meal! Easy ingredients, easy prep.. We actually ate ours in wraps, and not in a bowl. soooo good! Next time, I will use less chicken broth. I don't think the whole amt is needed, and I will add a litte more chicken. I forgot to pick up tomoatoes, and defnitely think they would've been a nice addition, especially for color. A+++ loved it!
