My goodness where have collard greens been all my life. This is the best white chili I have ever had. Warming and satisfying for a cold winter meal. I used dried cilantro. Next time I will use fresh.

This is a great recipe, used turnip greens instead of collard simply
because this is what I had on hand. Was very good, will make again.

This was delicious and so easy to put together. Just enough heat to make a great white chili. I used a bag of prewashed, precut collard greens, which saved a lot of time and (3 4 oz. cans of whole green chilis comes to exactly what the recipe calls for. I didn't have cilantro on hand, but since we aren't the biggest fans, we didn't miss it one bit. Served with a simple green salad, warm loaf of french bread and we had a perfect winter evening meal! Thank you Paula!

So good!! I used baby spinach instead of the collard greens. Tasty and filing. The cilantro really gives it a great twist!

This was excellent (although I wouldn't call it chili...more of a stew. I used Northern beans and not as much of the collards as she called for....I had never had collard greens before! But they really made the dish, they keep their texture and don't get soggy like spinach does.

YUM! I made this with ground turkey instead of chicken. I also used 2 Serrano peppers without the seeds and veins and it was pretty mild. I was making it for my 2 year old so I didn't want it very hot. The flavors worked so well together. Paired it with Bobby Flay's White Cheddar Cornbread. Definitely will be making it again.
