Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vanilla whipped topping, for garnish
- Mint leaf, for garnish
Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir continuously until white chocolate chips have completely melted. Stir in the half-and-half, and vanilla extract. Stir occasionally until heated through. Pour into mugs and top with a dollop of vanilla whipped topping and garnish with mint leaf.

I cut this recipe in half and used 2% milk instead of half and half... it was delicious and just enough for two mugs- one for me, one for the boyfriend. This is definitely a sweet treat, but it makes up fast and uses things we keep in the house. Maybe next time I'll use milk chocolate chips and peppermint instead of vanilla. :D

Great tasting White Choc Coco. I used the low fat half and half for less calories and fat without compromising taste. Thanks Paula for another good recipe!
