Ok, if you're going to complain about the calorie and fat count, maybe you shouldn't be looking at recipes that include "white chocolate" in the TITLE. This is wonderful for what it is. It doesn't mean you have to drink a gallon of it or have a cup every day.

And for those who rate recipes they haven't made......????????????

This is DELICIOUS!!!! For those searching for the Peppermint version...if you are using peppermint oil (like for making candy only use 2 or 3 drops and then taste. If you are using peppermint extract (contains alcohol and is used for cookies and cakes use 1/4 tsp and then taste. Add more if you like. Top with cream that has been whipped to desired consistency (I personally love it on the stiffer side, but I know a lot of people enjoy soft peaks and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies, it's that easy!!! This is also delicious if you mix bittersweet (I like Ghirardelli 60% cocoa chocolate and the white chocolate...it does not get any better! Also great with a touch of orange oil. Enjoy!
