    This schnitzel was easy to make and turned out perfectly. My German husband loved it, and insists that I always use this recipe when I make schnitzel. And you really don't need a heavy sauce to go with it. Just squeeze some lemon juice over it, and it is very tasty.

    This dish was delicious. Very quick to prepare - a little messy with the breading but that is to be expected. We will certainly make it again. (This recipe is so basic that it would also be good with tomato sauce and cheese as veal parm

    I made this for my husband today after seeing it on Saturday. I also made it with the egg noodle & poppy seed side and he said the combo of the two went very well together! He gave it a huge thumbs up and wants to know when I can make it again.
