- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 medium zucchini, cut into rounds
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
