It was very good. Does anyone know a calorie count on this dish, or how I would find out? Thank you

Super quick and easy way to get fresh vegetables into a meal. I sometimes substitute yellow squash for the zucchini. My husband doesn't like squash but he likes this.

My kids and husband loved this! My 7 year old son watched Paula make this with me and begged me to make it that night. I made one change though. Once I started the dish I realized I didn't have any tomato sauce. So I took a can of tomato paste and added about 3 tablespoons of water to it and used that. It made it so rich! I've since made it with the tomato sauce and while still delicious, my family much preferred the first version. Thanks Paula for another great recipe! You never fail me!!

Tasty. We reduced the garlic amount for our taste. Always need more interesting, nutritious, veggie sides. The rating would have been four-star if the recipe had called for a sprinkling of grated parmigiano-reggiano. Adds such a nutty, savory flavor, it is nice. Much thanks, though.

tried this recipe but instead of tomato sauce we had some fresh tomatoes so I used them instead, it was a hit we will be making this again.
