    This recipe is easy, uses fresh zucchini and tastes wonderful. I added chopped walnuts and extra cinamon.Gave several of the mini loafs away, everyone raved. This is great for a new cook to. I made the mini loafs, added 10 minutes to the time stated in recipe as my tester did not come out clean. I used a cake tester to be sure. A great item in a gift basket!

    This bread was wonderful! It is so moist and the nutmeg makes the whole house smell wonderful. I was able to make 6 large mini loaves with one recipe. I made another and got 4 giant muffins and one large loaf. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

    The recipe didn't say this but I found that you NEED to let the bread cool in the pans before turning out...Otherwise, it will stick!

    I have made this twice now. THe first time I followed hte other reviewer's suggestion to use 1/2 cup of applesauce and 1/2 cup of oil and it turned out perfect. He second time I didn't have any applesauce so I used all oil. YUCK. Not going to make that mistake again. Very easy recipe to make and makes 2 loaves, 1 to keep, 1 to share with a neighbor.

    This is the best zucchini bread I have ever had. It's very moist but the top is crunchy. I made the 5 mini loaves and they came out perfect!
