This recipe was good, but better for breakfast or a Sunday Brunch. I also decided to make some additions seeing as how alot of the reviews said it was pretty bland. I added 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and some chopped ham. It tasted just like a breakfast omelet to me so this is something for the morning. I'd also consider adding various toppings similar to the ones found in omelets just to switch it up a little everytime you make it. I also found myself having to bake it for a few minutes longer because there was some additional moisture from the zucchini that made it runny.

I thought this recipe was great. Quick and easy, the only changes I made was I added a bit more cheese and zucchini.

I have made this dish several times and each time I like it better. It is easy to skimp on the butter and maybe even drain off the zucchini if you want. I have found that adding frozen corn gives the dish a little something extra and it's delicious!

I would use sharp cheddar instead of parmesan to kick it up a bit. I thought it was very bland, and added shredded cheddar on top. It was much better then.

I just made this and love it! After reading the reviews decided to leave out the salt, reduce the butter by half and saute the onions along with the zucchini. The results are excellent. It is a tasty, different and healthy dish especially by reducing the butter.

I made this recipe exactly as written by Ms. Deen and I was thrilled with the outcome.

I served it with salsa on the side. Perfect!

Rich, delicious, easy and maybe even a little healthy! This one's a keeper!

I made this for a girl's brunch and made it the afternoon before. It took little time to throw together and required the same time and oven temperature as Paula's french toast casserole with prailine topping. The two together provide the perfect savory and sweet brunch combo and got rave reviews by the girls. Just don't expect to feel light and airy after eating these two dishes - they are quite rib sticking! Thank you Paula!

We love zucchini and I made this with much anticipation after watching the cooking episode. It was easy to make and ingredients were appealing. The completed dish looked as good as on TV however it was tasteless and very disappointing. My husband who is pretty adventurous about new recipes pushed this aside on his plate. Paulas recipes are usually winners in our house so I am sorry this one is not.
