I will make this desert this weekend but I will substitute with strawberries and I'm sure it will be just as tasty!

Excellent and easy! I served to close friends on Saturday night, and our daughter and her boyfriend on Sunday night - rave reviews from all!

Delicious! Made for Valentine's day...whole family loved it. Used strawberries instead of raspberries. Topped w/ 1 chocolate covered strawberry. Mmmm.

I made this last night with my 3 daughters. It was very simple and fun to make. I followed the recipe exactly except I used 2 3.9oz boxes of pudding mix because thats all I could find at the store and strawberries instead of raspberries because one of my daughters do not like raspberries. It turned out great and looked fancy too! My girls enjoyed building the parfaits. This is a good, quick go to recipe for a fancy looking dessert. Thanks Paula

The 1 oz boxes are the sugar free, fat free variety. Regular is 3 oz to yeild the same quantity. You used the equivalent of double the amount of pudding called for.

I made this with chocolate pudding that I made from scratch. It was awesome with the raspberries. I bet it would be good with vanilla pudding also and using other fruit. We also used the low fat vanilla wafers. Since I made the pudding from scratch I was able to lower the fat.
