These truffles are excellent! They are very easy to make. I followed the advice of one reviewer who said to chill the dough overnight before rolling into balls. I don't know if that made it easier or not, but mine turned out great. Everyone loved them and I will be making them again for sure.

We tested this at home first and loved them!! I then took them to a work function and they were a huge hit there too.

I think I made these too big. They are incredibly sweet. I rolled them out and froze them overnight before dipping them otherwise I think they would have melted in the dipping chocolate. Kids' comments were "they taste uncooked" which of course they are...Not a recipe I'll do again.

I followed the advice of others and froze the centers before coating with chocolate. They turned out great. My husband ate many of them before I had time to coat them with chocolate. I omitted the mini chips at my husbands request. I will make them again for Christmas. Thanks Paula!!

Made these for the child in all of us that loved eating cookie dough. The little mini chips were a perfect offset to the sweetness. I used milk chocolate chips as that is our preference for the dipping. We actually prefer them not dipped, but my friend that wanted them for her birthday present loved the chocolate I used for dipping. A great hit, will make again and again.

These were WONderful! I made them for my family when they were visiting and they were gone in no time. I rolled them in semi-sweet chocolate just b/c I prefer dark.

I recommend making this batter and then chilling it overnight before forming it into truffle balls, then freezing the balls overnight before dipping it in the candy chocolate coating. Other than that, this recipe is super easy and I was surprised at how fast they disappeared, considering how rich they are! I think I'll be adding these to my holiday cookie/candy goodie baskets.

These were a great little treat to bring to a girls' night out or home sales party. I would recomend making the truffle centers and freezing them before coating in chocolate. I made the centers one day, pulled out a dozen or so, coated them, and the rest are still in my freezer for another event!

These were fairly easy to make and they were so so good. I took them to work and people were fighting over them!
