these were so very good. I noticed someone said something about eggs. There are
no eggs in this recipe. Follow the recipe to the letter and they will be absolutely
delicious. Thanks Paula for another winner in my keeper recipes file.

These truffles are extraordinary! What a simple recipe and the flavor combinaton is irresistable! I had no issues with handling the sticky dough...in fact I made the dough balls without chilling the dough and they came out like perfect rounds balls. The key is to pick up the dough with your finger tips then roll between your palms - instant perfection! I didn't even flour my hands! I don't understand some of the negative reviews for these...maybe the negative reviewers are inexperienced bakers? There is no "floury" tast whatsoever - the dough tastes like the best chocolate chip cookie batter! I only used 3/4 of the can of sweetened condensed milk and the texture and flavor were delicious. Since my family doesn't like nuts I just doubled the amount of mini chocolate chips - yum! I will be making these regulary for gifts - they are some of the best truffles I have ever eaten!

I just made these with my 3 year old and they are wonderful! I followed the recipe and omitted the nuts and used only 10 oz of the condensed milk, they tasted just like cookie dough. The condensed milk is necessary to help bind the ingredients, just using regular milk wouldn't make the cookie dough sticky enough. I would definitely make this again!!

I thought this was a good recipe. I made the truffles and took them to a church dinner. There were none left and I had several complements on them. I would say if you don't like like the condensed milk you could probably leave it out and cut back on the flour or use just enough milk to bind it together.

These are so good! Yes, they are rich, but so are regular truffles. I made it just as the recipes said except I omitted the nuts and added 1/4 more mini chocolate chips and they were so delicious. I did not think they were too sticky to make right away. I just used a spoon to get batter on my hand. Tastes just like cookie dough!

These are sooooo good! You have to be patient while making them, though. First of all, make the dough and refrigerate it over night. Then make the dough balls and place them on wax paper. Refrigerate again while melting the chocolate. After coating 5 balls with chocolate, put some mini chips to garnish (otherwise the chocolate will harden. Put them in the fridge for a few hours, then freeze. They are so amazingly delicious frozen (and take a lot longer to eat, so you won't eat all of them at once!!. Enjoy :

    Fabulous recipe. Fabulous product.
Just needs to be chilled longer than 2 hours and Condensed milk is unnecessary.
