    The best chicken salad I've ever had. I roasted the chicken breasts on the bone for 35 minutes - the extra effort is worth it. Very tender and flavorful.

    I did not have celery or fresh basil when I made this. I added an apple for crunch, dried basil and pecans and it came out just as good. This was an effortless great dish to make. Great for the summer heat. Thanks Paula again.

    Again, the show recipe did not mention adding lemon juice in the recipe. I was curious as I heard, "Lemon Basil Chicken Salad", went to the site and found the addition of lemon juice? Still fabulous salad!
