We loved it. Very easy for unexpected guests. I topped it with fresh parsley-it was wonderful!

I really like this! It's easy and it can be dressed up to your taste.. A little more garlic powder, olives on top, some crumbed bacon... whatever you like!

I put this down the garbage disposal. The taste wasn't worth the expense, the fat or calories. Lacked flavor.

We have a local pizza restaurant in a college town with fabulous cheese dip and garlic toast. This is the closest thing that I have tried. I brought in to try out on my co-workers and they thought I got it from the restaurant. Delicious and EASY !

This really is an all purpose cheese spread. It is easy to make. I now have it memorized. The kids and grown-ups alike love it. If you take it to a party people think it is something special. It is now on my every party list of things to make. I serve it with a vegtable platter and cracked wheat cracker. But I noticed that some in the crowd used the pita chips. So if you want a great go to appetizer this is it. And by the way, either spreadable cheese is basically the same thing. I have used cheese whiz, velveeta, and I have used another spreadable cheese the was one sale, but my favorite is the jar of cheese whiz (bacon flavored, but it take two of the 5 oz jars.

I did not watch the episode that introduced this recipe, but if Paula Deen alluded to the ingredient described as "1 (6-ounce jar cheese spread" as Cheese Whiz or Velveeta, I had a clearly different read on the recipe. I read it as meaning a *jar* of spreadable cheese, such as Kraft's Old English cheese spread that actually has *cheese* listed as the first ingredient. I made it, everyone liked it, I'll make it again. This is one of those recipes that are great for last minute guests, as you generally have all the ingredients at hand.

I love this cheese spread! I saw it very briefly on Paula Dean's show this morning and it looked so easy that I just had to try it.
It took me less than 5 minutes to prepare and my kids absoulutely loved it. I'll definitely be serving it at my Christmas party this year!
Thanks Paula for a wonderful treat that's so easy to make.
