I just made this dip last week for a party I was going to. A few of the guests are picky, so I didn't tell them what was in the dip until they had some. I was not only pleasantly surprised that they loved it, but I was told that from now on, this is what I needed to bring from now on! This dip is easy to mix & instead of pulling out your hand mixer for mixing, just use a potato masher. I will be making this again and again!

Nice change from guacamole but it was a little bit bland, I added some hot sauce and that seemed to give it some more flavor. Without the hot sauce though it was pretty boring.

usually Paula's recipes are a home run so I ran downtown and spent a few bucks on this one. All we could tast was lime.

This dip is great. Made it in a food processor. It is my new favorite appetizer. Thanks for showing it Paula.

This is a yummy combination of Avacado, cream cheese and goat cheese that is sure to please! We whipped some of this up for a snack this afternoon and it was easy and a nice combination of flavors. The lime adds a nice kick! Can't wait to take this to my ladies' tennis match this week!

Saw this on the show this morning and made it for a pot luck this evening. It was fantastic! So simple with such big flavor. I used a food processor and it took just a minute. Looked like Paula toasted her own pita chips, so I did the same. One of the best dips I have ever had.
