When I showed the recipe to my husband, he said "Really? That sounds awful". I ignored him and it was a real hit with my Scrabble Club. Easy, tasty, and people loved it. What more can you ask for in an appetizer?

I was really surprised at how easy and fast this was to make. I was very skeptical about how it would taste but it is excellent and a crowd pleaser!

This was great!! Took to a party & everyone gave 5 stars! I changed a few things & made this My BLT dip.....I added 1/2 block of cream cheese, 1 can drained Rotel & chopped up about 8 pieces of bacon, sprinkled on top. I poured into a serving bowl that I lined with big lettuce leafs. Served with bagel chips. Def a go to party app!

Awesome just as is. Also great spread between two slices of toast instead of the BLT sandwich

Easy, Quick, and Everyone Loved it! Will Do again! Here is what I did differently...I didn't have lettuce & tomato.
Added 1/2 block Cream Cheese (per other's comments
Cracked Black Pepper (per other's comments
1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes w/ Green Chili -drained
1 Package of Thick Applewood Smoked Bacon
I combined everything: Mayo, Sour Cream, 1/2 pkg Cream Cheese. blended;added 1 can drained Rotel and all my crumbled bacon. LEt sit in fridge 1 hour. Garnished with few crumbled bacon. Put into a bowl on a platter and surrounded w/ Stacy's Pita Chips. Took this to a party and everyone there said they wanted the recipe. When it was empty, they said, Go Make More!" It was really, really good! We had about 6 ladies at the party and it was gone w/i 45 min

Fabulously delicious recipe! I added a 1/2 cup of spread cream cheese, which was softened with sour cream. I also increased the bacon by 1/2 lb. I did blend all the ingredients together reserving lettuce, bacon and tomato for garnish. I served it in a mound on top and in the center of several green leafy lettuce leaves and when my guests were done with the spread, they rolled up the lettuce leaves and finished the dip. My guests loved the Rye Triscuits the best! Enjoy!

Very good! I used an extra pound of bacon because there wasn't much flavor with just one pound. I also added 8 oz of cream cheese. Way better kicking it up a bit. Thanks!
