    I got up early yesterday and made these for my kids before school. I made the cinnamon cream the night before and put it in the fridge. They were fabulous!! What a treat! You Rock Paula!!

    I made this dish on a snowy cold night for my family. It was wonderful and so easy that my kids could help make it. The cinnamon cream was perfect and we really enjoyed the pancakes too. It did not serve 10...but 4!

    I tried the recipe, but changed the mini chips for chocolate peanut butter chips. My husband loved them. I was unsure of the cinnamon cream, but it was a delicious topping for the pancakes. I will definitely make them again. I can't wait to share the recipe with friends and family.

    I made these pancakes with pecans instead of chocolate chips and used 1/2 tsp cinnamon plus vanilla to cream. These pancakes are to die for!!!! Gave the recipe to everyone.

    I fixed these for breakfast this morning and they are the best pancakes I have ever eaten. My 5 year old twins loved them and said they could eat them all day. They are already requesting them for tomorrow. Thanks Paula for such a wonderful breakfast that will bring my family to the table!

    We made them for breakfast this morning.

    The pancakes were light and fluffy just like on Paula's show.

    We didn't have the whipping cream so I substituted with cool whip. The kids loved it. Next time I will be better prepared with ingrediants.
